Our refund policy at SERPdaddy is very simple.

We do honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:
1. Non-delivery of the product
2. If we mess something up – we will surely fix it or refund.

If you ask for a refund within 30 min of ordering, we will be happy to issue you a refund.

The reason the refund window is so small is that our video editors begin editing right always to deliver videos within 1-3 days.

Even though we have a strict refund policy, we also offer 2 free revisions on every video ordered. We always want to make sure our clients are happy with the end result of their video.
